The Women in Leadership programme is designed to equip emerging and established female leaders with the confidence, strategic tools, communication techniques, and leadership capabilities required to excel in leadership roles. The course explores gender dynamics in leadership, emotional intelligence, negotiation, executive presence, and strategies for advancing women into senior positions.
Participants will engage in practical exercises, case studies, coaching-style activities, and peer learning sessions to develop the mindset and skillset of successful female leaders.
