Programme Overview

The ATHE Level 4 Extended Diploma in Business and Management consisting of 120 credits, is a correspondent to the 1st year of an undergraduate degree. This qualification is developed and designed in a manner that it provides sound understanding of management skills and concepts. The objective is to facilitate the essential theories of business and management and also providing a fast track route for students to join the 2nd year of undergraduate studies upon completion of this diploma.

Entry Requirements

Your ability to succeed and benefit from the course is LSB’s first concern in setting its entry requirements.

We accept applications from candidates with wide range of qualifications which are also inclusive of the post-16 qualifications in the UK. Functional, vocational and other key skills are appreciated and recognised.

  • A GCE Advanced level profile with achievement in 2 or more subjects supported by 5 or more GCSEs at grades C and above.
  •  Other related level 3 subjects such as ATHE Level 3 Diplomas.
  • An Access to Higher Education Certificate delivered by an approved further education institute and validated by an Access Validating Agency.
  • Other equivalent international qualifications.

• For this course it is Academic IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no element below 5.5

In order to assess your eligibility for the programme, we will review your profile and your expectations from your career. This will be done via an in-person, telephonic or video conversation. In addition, we will mark your English proficiency for the course as well, and advise on further actions to be taken on your part.

Once your application and personal assessment interview are completed, you will receive an admission decision within two weeks. If you have any questions regarding the status of your application, feel free to contact your Admission Advisor.

If you are accepted into the program and have decided to start your studies at London School of Business, you must confirm your place prior to confirmation deadline.

Once we confirm your student status with us, we will be sending out useful information regarding your pre-arrival, and pre-enrolment.  Not only that, we will work alongside to make sure you have a seamless arrival in the UK.

Fees & Funding

Tuition fees cover the cost of a student’s academic studies. This usually includes teaching costs, registration and examination fees (not repeat or tailing modules, re-sit fees or coursework resubmission). Any costs associated with work placements will be the students responsibility.

Scholarships

The level of competition for scholarships and educational awards is very high. We recommend that you apply for the course early if you plan to apply for a related award.

For some of our scholarships, you will need an offer to study the course to be eligible. Even where it is not a requirement, holding an offer to study can often benefit a funding application.

We offer funding support to suitable candidates through a range of scholarships. A scholarship can be applied when you have been accepted and been offered a place to study your chosen course.
