The employee engagement programme provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to measure, monitor, and sustain employee motivation, develop an employee engagement plan, and establish a cohesive workforce united by common goals, values, and culture, all of which contribute to increased employee retention.

  • To identify cultural/image strengths and weaknesses within the organisation.
  • To generate discussion about how cultural/image strengths can be maintained, and how weaknesses might be overcome.
