Prof Dr Nadeem Malik, PhD in commerce with specialization in the field of Human Resource Management, financial management and Strategic Management Currently serving as full Professor BS-21, faculty of Management & Business Sciences, former Dean Faculty of Management, University of Balochistan Quetta, Pakistan for the last twenty-nine years. Prof Nadeem has over 29 years of work experience in human resource management as a practitioner and researcher. I have published 39 research articles internationally in international high ranked impact factor journals, and I have been the editorial member of the ISI & Scopus abstract international journal of business management and reviewer of many international journals.

Engage effectively with other members of the University to develop synergies between teaching and learning, research, business development and other activities. Ensure the University is kept abreast of national and international developments appropriate to the brief of the role. Develop an active research culture that fosters the highest achievements, encourages originality and innovation, and enriches the student learning experience. Encourage academics to engage in multi disciplinary research within the faculty and, more broadly, across the University and externally with other organizations. I am also a member of the advisory and review boards of 17 national and international scholarly journals. My current research focuses on working conditions during crisis, workplace learning, workforce diversity and coaching. I am predominantly interested in the individual, team level and cross-level characteristics that influence the effectiveness of core management processes.

I am also a Corporate Consultant who provides expert advice and strategies to businesses to help them improve their performance, efficiency, and profitability. Able to use initiative and work as part of a team. Proven leadership skills, including managing and motivating other staff to achieve organization objectives. An effective communicator at all levels. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
