PhD in Human Resource Management – Air University Multan

Dr. Ayesha Bakhtawar is an accomplished academic and researcher in the field of Business Management and Human Resource Management, with teaching, research, and academicdevelopment experience across higher education in Pakistan. Her work reflects a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in human resource management, sustainability, and contemporary organisational practice, while supporting students through engaged and applied teaching.

She currently serves as Senior Lecturer in Business Management at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), where she contributes to teaching and academic development in the area of business and human resource management. Prior to this, she served as a Lecturer in HRM at Bahauddin Zakariya University and also taught as a Business Lecturer at the University of Southern Punjab, building a strong track record of teaching across multiple institutions and student groups.
