Return and Refund Policy

At London School of Business (LSB), we are committed to providing every student with a rewarding learning experience. We value your trust and strive to maintain transparency in all our processes, including course payments and refunds.

However, we understand that situations may change, and you may need to reconsider your enrollment. Please review the following refund and cancellation terms carefully before making any online payment.

Course Fee Payments

All course fees are collected securely online through our approved payment gateway at the time of enrollment.
By completing the payment, you confirm your acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy. Once the payment is successfully processed, your enrollment in the selected course is officially confirmed.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that plans can change. If, after making a payment, you decide not to proceed with your course, you may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:

• Refund Request Window: You must submit your refund request in writing to info@lsbuk.com within 14 days of the original payment date.
• Course Access: Refunds are only applicable if you have not accessed or downloaded any core course materials (such as main lessons, digital content, or modules).

Requests received after this period, or once the course has been accessed, will not be eligible for a refund.

Payment Processing Fee Deduction

All refunds are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee of approximately 3.3%.

This deduction covers unavoidable charges imposed by international payment gateways and financial institutions. As these fees are directly withheld by third parties, LSB cannot refund them.

In other words, the refunded amount will be your total payment minus the processing fee.
We want to be transparent – LSB is not liable to refund 100% of the course fee, as these deductions are beyond our control.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the eligible refund amount (after deduction of processing fees) will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refunds are typically processed within 28 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• The student has accessed, downloaded, or completed any portion of the course materials.
• The student is suspended or expelled for breaching LSB’s code of conduct or academic policies.
• The refund request is submitted after the stated refund window has closed.
